01 / OVERVIEW

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how the iPhone and iPad game Flux Orbit handles information. It applies to the game, its optional advertising, and this support page. Flux Orbit is built as a simple arcade game, not as a social network or data-collection service.

02 / ON-DEVICE DATA

What the game stores

Flux Orbit stores gameplay information such as your high score, mastery rank, XP, completed missions, lifetime game statistics, and accessibility-related game behavior in Apple's local app storage on your device. This information is used only to save your progress and operate game features.

The developer does not receive this local gameplay information. Flux Orbit has no player accounts, cloud saves, analytics account, in-app purchases, chat, or user-generated content. Deleting the app from your device deletes its locally stored game progress, subject to Apple's normal device and backup behavior.

This support page does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, account sessions, or local browser storage. Its cloud hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as bot-protection cookies. The developer does not use those cookies for advertising or analytics.

03 / OPTIONAL REWARDED ADS

Google advertising services

Flux Orbit uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. There are no banner ads, forced interstitials, or ads between runs. After your first collision, you may choose a rewarded ad for one continue and shield. If you later collide again after using that continue, you may separately choose another rewarded ad to double the Flux Credits earned from that run. You can always restart free or return home instead.

Flux Orbit disables Google's publisher first-party advertising identifier before Google Mobile Ads starts, and the setting remains disabled. Before Flux Orbit contacts Google's consent system or initializes Google Mobile Ads, it asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, Flux Orbit turns off ad personalization globally and marks every ad request as non-personalized. If you allow tracking, Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers and activity from Flux Orbit together with data from other companies' apps or websites to personalize and measure the optional ads, subject to your Google consent choices and applicable law.

The developer does not receive Apple's advertising identifier or build an advertising profile. After your Apple tracking choice and any required Google consent flow are complete, Flux Orbit may initialize Google Mobile Ads and preload the optional rewarded ad even if you do not ultimately choose to watch it. Google may then process information needed to prepare, provide, secure, personalize where permitted, and measure an ad, including an IP address used to estimate general location, device or app information, advertising data, ad views and interactions, crash information, performance data, and other diagnostics.

04 / CONTROL

Your privacy choices

Flux Orbit asks for Apple's tracking permission before contacting Google's consent system or initializing Google Mobile Ads. Declining does not prevent you from playing, using free restart, or choosing a rewarded ad; it keeps Google ads non-personalized. You can change Apple's choice later in iPhone or iPad Settings. Where required, the game also shows a Privacy Options button so you can review or change your Google consent choices.

Availability of particular consent controls depends on your region, age, device, and Google's current services.

05 / SHARING, RETENTION & SECURITY

How information is handled

The developer does not sell player information and does not use it to create personal profiles. Local game progress remains on your device. Information processed by Google and its ad partners is governed by their policies, consent signals, security practices, and retention rules. Flux Orbit does not control those third-party systems, but requires its service providers to handle information consistently with applicable law and the protections described in this policy.

06 / CHILDREN

Children's privacy

Flux Orbit is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 or listed in Apple's Kids Category. The game does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided information through an ad provider, contact us and the relevant provider so the request can be addressed.

07 / UPDATES

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Flux Orbit's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

08 / CONTACT

Questions or support

For privacy questions, support, or deletion-related requests involving information you believe was provided through the game, contact Flux Orbit support. Local game progress can be removed by deleting the app from your iPhone or iPad.
